It’s WHO WE ARE!\n#StandardFamily\nJob Title:\nSERVER\nDepartment:\nFood and Beverage\nLocation: Le Bain\nReporting to:\nDirector of Operations Le\nBain/MOD\nResponsible for: N/A\nJob Purpose: The\nserver is responsible for all aspects of guest relations, service, and general\nupkeep of the restaurant and related areas.\nMain Duties &\nResponsibilities:·\n· Set up rooms, align furniture, lamps, and tables\n·\nDeliver exceptional service and create\nmemorable experiences for our guests\n·\nMaintain a properly set wait station (see SOP’s)\n·\nStock linen, pens, rubber bands, checkbooks, notepads, and roll receipt paper as needed\n·\nWith a keen attention to detail and a warm demeanor,\nyou'll ensure that patrons feel welcomed, cared for, and attended to throughout their visit\n·\nDescribe menu items and wine as requested, per\ntraining\n·\nFollow the service and house standard and\nexpectations at all times\n·\nOrganize service station and service bar station, making sure pitchers are aligned in 2\nrows of 3-4 and that they are freshly washed\n·\nPut order through in properly\n·\nHandle all payment methods\n·\nEnsure that all closing side work is thoroughly\ncompleted\nDesirable:\n·\nExcellent\ninterpersonal skills.\n·\nAbility\nto work flexible hours.\nPhysical Requirements:\n·\nAble to work standing for a minimum period of 8\nhours a day\n·\nPeriodical bending, kneeling, and stretching\n·\nAble to pull, push, carry and lift at least 40\npounds of force\n·\nMust be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold\nobjects with hands\n·\nKnowledge of drink recipes, Standard Signature\ndrinks and wine lists\n·\nWorking knowledge of POS system and cashiering\n·\nUnderstanding: Ability to read, comprehend and\ncarry out instructions according to established procedures\n·\nComprehension: Fluent in the English language\n·\nOrganizational Skills: Work efficiently, utilize\nmulti-tasking, prioritize tasks\n·\nHygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to uniform,\ngrooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per SOP’s\n·\nPunctuality: Adherence to posted schedule and\narrival time and attendance at mandatory meetings when scheduled\n·\nResponsibility: Personal comportment in line\nwith Standard, New York policies, standards, and expectations\nCompensation and Benefits:\n• Pay Rate $16.50 per hour\n• Employee Discounts on Rooms, F&B, Retail, and The Standard Marketplace\n• Employee Meals, Employee Referral Program, Commuter Discounts\n• Regular fun staff events and celebrations!!!
