He loves to smile and brings positive energy to those around him. Responsibilities include personal care, ensuring his safety at all times, creating a supportive and enjoyable environment, and performing light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and comfortable living space. If you’re patient, attentive, and committed to providing quality care, we’d love to hear from you.\nThis is an independent contract position and pays $15.25 per hour\nSchedule: Mon, Wed, Fri and (possibly Sat) from 6pm - 8pm\nYou will be a good fit for this position if you:\n• Have a positive outlook and contagious energy\n• Demonstrate patience and compassion\nResponsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:\n• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities\n• Supporting with personal hygiene\n• Meal/snack preparation and feeding assistance\n• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment\n• Performing light housekeeping tasks\n• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments\n• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization\n• Complete daily progress notes\nQualifications and Skills\n• Valid driver’s license\n• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening\n• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.\n• Have proof of a High School diploma or equivalent\n• Are 18 years of age or older\nN8nAmr4WSA
